Bags, Clothes, Swimwear, and shoes can be refunded within 14 day from receiving your order but must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, in their original box with all tags and packaging, along with the original invoice.
Lingerie and Perfumes are nonrefundable or exchangeable except in case of you receive a wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective
All products must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, in their original box with all tags and packaging, within 14 day of receipt of by you.
We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
In Case of Returns you will be charged100 EGP as return shipping Fees.
How to submit return request ?

In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click Request return.
If You have any problem is this steps or can’t send request through website you can also send an email to info@beautybareg.com with order number and your return request.
If products are refundable we will send courier to receive the product within 2-7 days once product reach our wholesale it will be checked to make sure its typical and in its original state, not damaged, not used, and with all tags

If the product has any issues, refund will be rejected and product will be returned again for you,
If product pass the check you will get your refund through ( Gift card )as a credit to be used through our store anytime , it will be send for you through your email automatically.
